BASKETBALL CAMP

Mon.-Thurs.,June 23-26, 2025
9 a.m. -3 p.m.
Ages 5-12
Campers, ages 7-12 need to pack & bring their lunch each day.
SPECIAL NOTE: for 5 & 6 year olds, camp will end at approximately 12:00 p.m. the first three days. This is an approximate time depending on their games running on time. Also, these campers do not eat lunch at camp EXCEPT on the last day, THURSDAY, JUNE 26th. On that last day they will need to bring their lunch, for they will be at camp until 3 p.m. for the closing ceremony of camp.

REGISTRATION FEE INFORMATION:
CAMP FEE: $175.00 for ages 7-12
$110.00 for ages 5-6
Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt, photo, basketball, daily snack, and certificate of participation.
DEADLINE for registration is Monday June 16, 2025.
For campers registering after the deadline, we CANNOT GUARANTEE to have the exact t-shirt size available. However, we will do our best to fit and accommodate your child.

REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation ON/BEFORE June 9, 2025: Full refund minus 25% processing fee.
Cancellation June 10-16, 2025: Full refund minus 50% processing fee.
Cancellation after June 17, 2025: No refund.
Cancellation of entire camp due to inclement weather: Full refund minus 25% processing fee.
Cancellation of one to three days due to inclement weather: No refund.

IMPORTANT: Please be prepared to complete and sign a emergency release with consent to treat form at the time of check in first day of camp. This form is required for participation in St. Stephen's Basketball Camp 2024.

Friendly reminder: Please apply a healthy dose of sunscreen prior to each day of camp as this is an outdoor camp. Through out the day our medical station will have various types of sunscreen available for your child in case of an emergency.
